FAQ
Questions people ask us first.
01Is Bridge Forward a treatment center?+
No. Bridge Forward is a workplace wellness and human support organization. We provide confidential conversations, education, and resource navigation—we do not provide clinical treatment or medical advice.
02Does this replace our EAP or benefits?+
No. We are designed to complement the EAP, insurance, and mental health benefits already in place, and to help people actually understand and use them.
03Is my conversation confidential?+
Yes. Conversations are private and sit outside of HR performance processes. We share information only with your permission, or where the law requires action to protect someone's safety.
04Do I have to be in crisis to reach out?+
Not at all. Most of the people we speak with are simply overwhelmed, worried about someone, or unsure where to begin. Early conversations are exactly what we're here for.
05Can families reach out on their own?+
Yes. Families and spouses can contact us directly, whether or not their loved one is ready to take a step.
06What does it cost to start?+
The first conversation is at no cost, for individuals, families, and organizations exploring a partnership.
You don't have to figure out the system alone. Ask us, and we'll help you find the door.
